Polyteknik’s Coating Service division operates from our facilities in Østervrå, Denmark, where approximately 2,000 m² of manufacturing facilities support daily subcontract coating production.

The facility combines a broad range of PVD systems, a Class 1000 cleanroom, and a comprehensive characterisation laboratory — all under one roof and certified to ISO 9001:2015.

Coating Systems & production capability

With more than 10 different PVD systems installed, spanning linear sputtering and thermal evaporation, the Coating Service division offers an unusually wide process window for a subcontract coating facility.

This range of equipment and process parameters supports both high-volume production runs and small-scale proof-of-concept work on wafers and industrial components.
